北京大学-坦佩雷大学“高等教育组织与管理”系列讲座 第十一讲

米乐平台(中国)股份有限公司官网与芬兰坦佩雷大学管理学院首次合作推出“高等教育组织与管理”系列讲座。该系列讲座的目的是介绍组织与管理经典理论及其在高等教育领域的应用。本次活动将邀请欧洲高等教育与公共管理学界专家进行讲座，并组织国内新锐学者进行在线共读与讨论活动。

主讲人介绍

Georg Krücken 是德国卡塞尔大学高等教育研究领域教授、国际高等教育研究中心（INCHER）主任。他于1996年获得德国比勒费尔德大学社会学博士学位，2004年获得德国比勒费尔德大学社会学教授资格。从2006年至2011年，他担任德国施佩尔行政科学大学高等教育管理专业的全职教授。从1999年到2001年以及 2011年夏季学期，他在斯坦福大学社会学系和教育学院做访问学者。他在维也纳大学科学研究所和巴黎政治学院组织社会学中心担任客座教授。他是“新制度主义”研究网络的发言人之一，欧洲科学院院士。他的研究兴趣包括高等教育研究、科学研究、组织研究和新制度理论。自2021年起，他担任 DFG 资助的跨学科研究小组“高等教育中多重竞争”的发言人。  

主讲内容介绍

竞争是科学社会学和高等教育的核心主题。罗伯特·默顿 (Robert K. Merton) 和皮埃尔·布迪厄 (Pierre Bourdieu) 的经典著作就是例证。最近，人们在不同领域和国家高等教育系统中都观察到，竞争加剧，进而导致竞争倍增。例如，个人和集体行为者竞争稀缺物质和象征性资源，如研究经费、高质量出版物、排名、外部利益相关者的关注或社会影响。因此，作为组织的大学和作为个体参与者的学术界同时嵌入到不同的、嵌套的和相互依存的竞争中，即多重竞争。但什么是多重竞争，它们从何而来，会产生什么后果？多重竞争不仅仅是“在那里”，而是不同社会系统的动态演变和相互作用产生的社会建构产物。本讲介绍了一个概念框架，重点关注科学系统、国家和大学之间相互关联的动态变化过程，并从国际比较视角分析经验证据及其影响。
